Does White Granite Stain Easily?
White granite, like all granite, is naturally porous, meaning it can absorb liquids and stain if not properly sealed. However, with regular sealing and proper care, white granite is relatively stain-resistant. The light colour of the granite might make stains more noticeable compared to darker granites, but with prompt cleaning and the use of appropriate sealants, you can significantly reduce the risk of staining. Common staining agents include red wine, oil, and acidic substances, so it’s important to wipe up spills immediately.
